Blister packaging for suitable medicines and discussion of refill timing.
Instruction on medicines and selected devices, subject to staff availability.
Delivery arrangements for eligible addresses and prescriptions.
Communication with caregivers and prescribers with appropriate patient consent.

This service is not a substitute for home nursing, urgent medical care or a guaranteed home visit. Ask about specific device teaching, language support and appointments before relying on a service.

Costs and coverage

We work with BC PharmaCare and insurance providers. Funding, private coverage, medicine costs and any service fees depend on the service and patient eligibility. Ask for an explanation before starting; not every service or product is free.
