Resolaxin contains chamomile, lemon balm and passion flower, which are traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as sleep aid (in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to mental stress) and/or a calmative; It helps to temporarily promote relaxation. Resolaxin also contains chamomile and lemon balm, which are traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve digestive disturbances, such as dyspepsia.

Suggested Use

Adults – Take 2 capsules 2-3 times a day, or as needed for calming effect. Take 2-3 capsules 1/2 to 1 hour before sleep as needed for relaxation and better sleep. Take 1-2 capsules with each meal for dyspepsia. Or else use as directed by a health care practitioner.

Caution

Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks, of if other symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
