Organika’s Royal Jelly contains minerals, enzymes, hormones, eighteen amino acids, antibacterial and antibiotic components and vitamins A, C, D and E to help maintain overall health and metabolic support. RECOMMENDED DOSE – (ORAL)

ADULTS ONLY: Take 2 softgel capsules per day with meals and a glass of water.
