Each softgel contains:

Magnesium 134 mg
   (from Magnesium Citrate, Glycinate and Malate)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Rice Bran Oil, Softgel (gelatin, glycerin, water), Yellow Beeswax, Sunflower Lecithin.

Adult Dosage: Take 1 softgel three times daily.

Some people may experience diarrhea.
