L-Tyrosine helps in the management of both physical and psychological stress, including the stress caused by sleep deprivation and multitasking.

AOR™ guarantees that all ingredients have been declared on the label. Contains no corn, wheat, gluten, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, sulphites, mustard, soy, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish or any animal byproduct.

Take six capsules in the morning on an empty stomach, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have the genetic metabolic disorder phenylketonuria (PKU). For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner. Supplemental L-tyrosine may increase blood pressure or lead to difficulty sleeping in some persons.
