Description

Vitamin C is an essential nutrient which acts as an antioxidant and is involved in numerous metabolic functions in the body. Supplementation is effective for prevention and management of the “common cold,” other respiratory conditions, improved iron absorption, wound healing, reduced coronary heart disease risk, and prevention of complications of diabetes.
