All orders require 1-2 business days of processing time unless otherwise noted on the product page or communicated.
If you have an unclaimed parcel that is returned back to us, you will incur a 15% restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges.
CANCELLATIONS
There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the subtotal of the order or a $10 minimum for orders with a subtotal less than $100 (no cancellations will be accepted after an order has been shipped).
CHANGING AN ORDER
Due to the complexity of locating orders once they have entered our order processing system, orders may not be changed, or added to once they have been processed. After an order has been placed, changes may be requested, but there is no guarantee that they can or will be implemented.
RETURNS
Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have any question regarding the product or have any other product related concerns, please contact the manufacturer at the phone number on the product’s packaging. All sales on our website are final. We do not accept returns and issue no refunds. We do this because we cannot reuse or resell returned items for safety reasons.
ORDERS PROCESSED BY MISTAKE
Despite our efforts to ensure 100% accuracy, occasionally, we may ship an incorrect item due to an error. In such cases, we accept returns if the customer notifies us within 14 days of the received shipment. To be eligible for return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. We encourage you to take a photo of the received product and email it to us as evidence. If we approve the return, we will provide you with details on how to ship the product back to us. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. We assure you that we will cover all associated return shipping costs if the error is made by us.
DAMAGED PACKAGES/LATE DELIVERY
Should you receive a package that appears damaged, or discover that the item within has been damaged or its seal is broken, we kindly ask you to inform us immediately either via phone call or email. However, the responsibility for damage incurred during shipping lies with the courier service. As our shipments are handled by Canada Post, we recommend you contact them directly regarding the issue. You’ll be able to reference your shipment with the tracking number provided. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide reimbursement for damages that occur during transit as this falls under the purview of the shipping company.
