Same-day delivery is available for Vancouver, North Shore, Burnaby, New West and Coquitlam. Richmond, Delivery for Richmond, Delta, and Surrey would be next business day 1-5pm. We use CanadaPost for other cities or provinces. You still receive free delivery on $120+ but would take 2-8 business days.

GENRAL SHIPPING POLICY

 

We ship your order from Vancouver, British Columbia.  We ship to anywhere in Canada, the USA, and some other international countries.

All orders are processed either on the same day (if submitted before 1pm) or next day (if submitted after 1pm). 

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Low-Stock or Backordered Items: Our online platform always keeps track of the inventory but it is possible the your purchased item(s) may be out of stock or on back order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or if one or more of your purchased items are on back order, the shipment may be delayed. You will be notified by email or call you to see if you would like to keep the order until the item(s) go back in stock or cancel/refund your order. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We offer free delivery for orders over $120 or more anywhere in Canada and $190 in the USA or some other international countries. 

We use Canada Post services for non-local deliveries (other than the Greater Vancouver area). If your order does not qualify for a free shipping or if you wish to have an expedited shipment, you can choose a Canada Post delivery method at the check out page. All shipment services are calculated in real time and displayed at checkout. Please see Full Shipping Guide at Canada Post.

After your order is packaged and ready to ship, we will email your order’s tracking number.

If your package is damaged in transit, please bring this to the attention of your delivery agent and save all packaging material; then Immediately contact us so that we may handle this matter with you.

In case of providing an incorrect shipping address which results in an unsuccessful delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for the attempted delivery as well as shipping charges for the return delivery.

In case of an unclaimed parcel that is returned to us, you will incur a 20% restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges.

Orders Over $500: Orders totalling $500 or more may be asked to provide photo identification to match the credit card information. We will send an email requesting a fax or scan to email of the credit card and matching photo identification. Customers failing to provide this information will have their orders cancelled and refunded. A processing fee will apply.

Probiotics & Refrigerated Items: It is highly recommended to choose the Express Post shipping option when purchasing probiotics to ensure the quality of the product. We will ship the refrigerated items with an ice pack included to keep the item cold for 2-3 days after shipment. If the shipping method that was selected by the customer is 3+ days the order will be cancelled automatically. 

Delivery Days: Delivery days do not include weekends and statutory holidays. All orders placed on the weekend and or statutory holiday will be processed on the following business day.

Local Delivery to Greater Vancouver

For orders in the Greater Vancouver we offer free same day delivery for orders over $120 (or a flat $10 delivery fee for orders less than $120) during weekdays from 7:30pm-11pm for the following locations and as shown in below image: Vancouver, North Shore (North Vancouver, West Vancouver), and Burnaby. And We offer next business-day delivery for Richmond, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, New Westminster, Surrey, Delta, White Rock, and Langley.

Once you place your order, we will contact you by phone or email to confirm your address and give you an estimate of the delivery time. 

Please note that a 3rd party company is processing and doing the deliveries and in case of a failed attempts the customer is responsible for additional delivery charges.

We use Canada Post for shipments. If your order’s total is above $120, we will ship your package for free using a regular delivery method. If your order is below $120 or would like to use expedited or express methods you can select these options during the check-out.

We use Canada Post for shipments. If your order’s total is above $190(before tax), we will ship your package for free using a regular delivery method. If your order is below $190 or would like to use expedited or express methods you can select these options during the check-out. In case that your order qualifies for free delivery, the estimated time would be 1-3 weeks as we use a regular delivery method. To track your package, we will email you the Canada Post tracking number as soon as the order is processed and shipped. ***We do not accept returns of product on all USA/international orders***
