We ship your order from Vancouver, British Columbia. We ship to anywhere in Canada, the USA, and some other international countries.
All orders are processed either on the same day (if submitted before 1pm) or next day (if submitted after 1pm).
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Low-Stock or Backordered Items: Our online platform always keeps track of the inventory but it is possible the your purchased item(s) may be out of stock or on back order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or if one or more of your purchased items are on back order, the shipment may be delayed. You will be notified by email or call you to see if you would like to keep the order until the item(s) go back in stock or cancel/refund your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We offer free delivery for orders over $120 or more anywhere in Canada and $190 in the USA or some other international countries.
We use Canada Post services for non-local deliveries (other than the Greater Vancouver area). If your order does not qualify for a free shipping or if you wish to have an expedited shipment, you can choose a Canada Post delivery method at the check out page. After your order is packaged and ready to ship, we will email your order’s tracking number.
If your package is damaged in transit, please bring this to the attention of your delivery agent and save all packaging material; then Immediately contact us so that we may handle this matter with you.
In case of providing an incorrect shipping address which results in an unsuccessful delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for the attempted delivery as well as shipping charges for the return delivery.
In case of an unclaimed parcel that is returned to us, you will incur a 20% restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges.
Orders Over $500: Orders totalling $500 or more may be asked to provide photo identification to match the credit card information. We will send an email requesting a fax or scan to email of the credit card and matching photo identification. Customers failing to provide this information will have their orders cancelled and refunded. A processing fee will apply.
Probiotics & Refrigerated Items: It is highly recommended to choose the Express Post shipping option when purchasing probiotics to ensure the quality of the product. We will ship the refrigerated items with an ice pack included to keep the item cold for 2-3 days after shipment. If the shipping method that was selected by the customer is 3+ days the order will be cancelled automatically.
Delivery Days: Delivery days do not include weekends and statutory holidays. All orders placed on the weekend and or statutory holiday will be processed on the following business day.
