Botanica Daily Zen Shot improves gut health, is loaded with enzymes, B vitamins, micronutrients and organic acids – and a dose of Holy Basil. All to help support a healthy response to stress – because sometimes we need a little help so that stress doesn’t get the better of us.

Holy Basil has been held in high regard throughout India for thousands of years as a powerful anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and immune system modulator. It has been taken as a tea, powder, fresh leaf and mixed with other herbs.

Small batch brewing process starts with Organic Holy Basil harvested at peak potency. It’s made into a herbal tea and combined with a unique scoby (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast). Then patience. We wait. We ferment fully for months, unlike other kombuchas which typically ferment for mere days or weeks.

Medicinal Ingredients: (per 20 ml)

Fermented Certified Organic Holy Basil infusion, 1.2% organic acids (from Ocimum Tenuiflorum leaves)

One shot (20 mL/4 tsp) per day. Drink straight-up or mix with water or juice. And take five deep. slow breathes. Inhale. Exhale. Because we all need a reminder to slow down sometimes.
