NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS
Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate

DIRECTIONS
Adults take 4 capsules 3 times per day. Take with at least 250 ml (1 cup) of water. Take 1 hour before or several hours after any prescription medications.
