Vitex or Chaste tree is a traditional woman’s dietary supplement. Vitex is widely used to promote overall health and balance in a woman’s cycle.

Each capsule contains

MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS
Vitex Fruit (Vitex agnus-castus) 400 mg

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS
Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, silica.

DIRECTIONS
Adults take 1 capsule 2 times per day with water at mealtimes. Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects.

WARNINGS
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking hormone-containing medication such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy.
